Sitting around on a boring Sunday I figured I would try and put together a WrestleMania 32 card. Not exactly easy with all the injuries but I think there are some good options still out there. Had they put even a little effort into building some new stars they would have more than enough options but are now in big trouble with nobody to blame but themselves. They have no room for error, 1 more big injury and they can kiss filling that building goodbye. But I gotta give them credit for 1 thing, they made the Royal Rumble a must see event. I wrote up 3 cards with only big difference between the three being the top matches.
A card with no returns based on the direction they probably want to go in.
Brock(c) vs Reigns – Brock wins Royal Rumble, Reigns wins at Mania.
Gauntlet Match – Wyatt Family vs Undertaker – Beats Rowan via submission. Beats Harper via pinfall. Beats Stroman via DQ after violent beatdown. Bray Wyatt defeats Undertaker via pinfall. This keeps Taker looking strong even in defeat but most importantly makes Bray look strong and gives him a desperately needed big victory. It also doesn’t hurt Brock’s win since this was technically 4 on 1. The goal is to have the crowd going nuts as Taker makes 1 last stand at the end vs Bray, then Sister Abigail ends it.
League of Nations vs Bullet Club – Put their new signings to work immediately, should be a good draw for Mania.
IC Title Strap Match(no 4 corner BS just pinfall/sub) – Owens(c) vs Ambrose – Since they are in Texas, a good ol strap match to blow off a hot feud seems like a good call.
4 way Elimination Tag Team Title Match – New Day(c) vs The Thrillseekers vs The Dudley Boyz vs The Uso’s – 2 old school tag teams with 2 current era tag teams could give us the first great WrestleMania (non-TLC) Tag Team match.
Re-birth of the Women’s Title – Charlotte vs Sasha Banks – retire the Diva’s Title at FastLane and have this match for the new Women’s Title.
Andre the Giant Battle Royal – back on the main show where it belongs. Ziggler wins.
#1 Contender Women’s Title Triple Threat – Paige vs Becky vs Naomi – prove the WOMENS Revolution is real and give us 2 Women’s matches on the show, they will deliver.
Pre-show – Social Outcasts vs Kalisto/Titus/Sandow/Swagger – all 8 will be in the Andre Battle Royal so they will still get a true WrestleMania moment plus be a draw for the pre-show
If Daniel Bryan is coming back:
Bryan(c) vs Brock – Bryan wins the Royal Rumble and the title to finally complete his story. Brock wants to end the YES Movement on the biggest stage
Reigns vs HHH – HHH eliminates Reigns from the Rumble, puts him over at Mania
Everything else the same as above
Not gonna happen but not impossible:
Bryan(c) vs Reigns – Reigns needs DB, as a rival, as a friend, as a fellow to star, to be the other half. Bret/HBK, Hogan/Savage, Flair/Steamboat, Austin/Rock, etc… the other half for Reigns is Bryan. If Bryan wins the Rumble and the title he already got his Mania win so his story would be done and he could put Reigns over in the main event. But I really feel it’s in Reigns best interest that Bryan is around and active as long as possible.
Brock vs Batista – Prob the biggest mainstream draw they have with Rock out due to insurance. Would def be awesome, they should make it happen.
If Rock can somehow wrestle – HHH /w Steph vs The Rock /w Rousey
Everything else same as above
My interest in WWE is at an all time low but I’m definitely intrigued to see where they go with all this.
